Leo, Richard and I want to be sure that you know how much we appreciated your hard work, creativity, and incredible attention to detail while building our new home. We were novices at what we considered a very scary process, but your positive approach, skill and patience made the process a wonderful, wonderful experience for us. Richard and I just love our beautiful new home on Oak Pond Passage. Thank you so much!

As the Architect/Owner I knew it would be a tricky process in finding the right Contractor to build our home. I wanted a collaborative relationship knowing from past experience that if the joint effort between the architect and the contractor was a positive one, the end result would be even better. This was definitely the case in working with Group 133. Leo Gannon brings something more to the table than the most of contractors I have worked with. He exhibits a keen attention to detail, great organization and communication skills, and a passion and pride in his work. Leo could anticipate potential problem areas before they became issues, saving time and money, as well as offering good solutions. The project was completed on schedule and with virtually no punch list. Leo was a pleasure to work with and having him as part of the process definitely insured the successful completion of our home.

“The pursuit of perfection means not just enthusiasm for doing a top notch job in important things: it means attention to detail and an itch to innovate and improve whatever we have to do. We ought always to know precisely why a given job is done in a particular manner, why it is done at all, and why it can’t be done more efficiently.”
